STORE POLICIES

• PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

  It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to a FFL dealer near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL dealer before purchase.  It is the buyer's responsibility to verify local, state, and federal laws before attempting to purchase firearms.

• Only the person whose name appears on the order will be allowed to take possession of the firearm and transfer will take place only after all applicable legal requirements (i.e., background check, etc.) have been completed.
• You may not order firearms for receipt by another person.
• Provide your residential zip code and select the FFL dealer where you would like to pick the item up.
• Please remember that you will be responsible for any additional fees (i.e., background check fee) at the time of pick up.
• All items in your order will ship to the same store.  We will send an email notification when the firearm is ready for pick up in the store and a separate email when non-firearm items are available for pick up or shipping.
• If your state or local jurisdiction imposes additional fees (i.e., background checks, etc.) you will be responsible for these at the time of pick up.
• Purchasers of handguns, receiver/frames, and pistol grip firearms must be at lease 21 years of age.  In general, purchasers of long guns must be at least 18 years of age.  However, some sates (e.g.. Washington, Vermont, and Florida) have additional age requirements for certain long gun purchases that may require the buyer to be 21 years of age or older.  There may be other states with age requirements.
• Firearms are sold as equipped.
• Shipping costs are based on service type, destination and weight.
• MORE Firearms will accept transfers from other FFL dealers.  We will complete the transaction only after complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing firearm transfers.  These firearms are shipped via UPS next day or UPS second day.
• It is your responsibility to ensure possession of a firearm is in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  MORE Firearms does not take responsibility for your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• If you are not able to pass the state and federal background checks, or we are unable to complete the transfer for any reason, we will cancel the transaction.  Your refund will be less a 15% restocking fee, return shipping and original shipping costs.
• Firearms that are shipped to your designated FFL dealer must be picked up within 14 days of arrival. If not, you will incur a 15% restocking fee and the cost of shipping.
• MORE Firearms offers layaway of firearms for 30 days.  At the time you place the order, ten percent (10%) of the purchase price is due along with a non-refundable $25 fee.

• RETURNS

  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 business days of purchase.
  
  Sales on the following items are final:

  1. Firearms - Any manufacturer's warranty will apply and buyers should work directly with the manufacturer.  While we may assist with contacting the manufacturer, we will not assume any warranty responsibility.
  2. Ammunition
  3. Special orders.
  4. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
  5. NFA items.
  6. Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics.

• USED FIREARMS

  Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final. Description and photos (if available) are provided by the seller.

• GENERAL FIREARM SALES

  All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.
  
  All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within one (1) year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

• SECURE TRANSMISSION

  All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.

• ORDER FULFILLMENT

  All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via these services.  MORE Firearms will not be responsible for delays caused by low distributor inventory.

• Please bring a copy of the email confirming the order is ready to pick up.  This email will include your order number and name.

• Please ensure that you have a valid, government-issued photo ID when picking up your firearm.
• When picking up your firearm, please provide your current, physical address on ATF Form 4473, Firearms Transaction Record. MORE Firearms or the transfer FFL will require a second form of government-issued identity documentation (i.e., vehicle registration, vehicle title, hunting license, or voter ID card) if the address on your ID does not match your residential address.
• If your state or locale has any specific licensing or permit requirements, ensure that you possess these prior to picking up your firearm.  Please contact your local authorities if you have any questions regarding federal, state, or local laws related to purchasing firearms.
• Please inspect all firearms in the store prior to completing the paperwork for background checks.

• ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

• Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order, we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will issue a refund.

• AMMUNITION PURCHASES

  You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
